- We reserve the right to replace within the same category or upgrade to higher category vehicles in terms or rates but remain the same charges per your booking.
- For group more than 7pax, we recommend to go for the bigger vehicle than 9-seater or split into 2 vehicles (subject to availability) due to limitation to fit in the luggage.
- No insurance coverage for all passengers and goods. We will not responsible for any losses, injury, and medical fees during the transfer.

- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
- The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified
Type of Vehicles
- Sedan Car – Maximum 3 persons (With maximum of 2 baggages in 22″ size)
- Passenger Van (10 seaters) – Maximum 8 Persons (With maximum of 5 baggages in 22″ size )
- Passenger Van (16 seaters) – Maximum 13 Persons (With maximum of 6 baggages in 22″ size )
Surcharges:
Outside Service Hour:
- Outside Service Hours: 11:00pm-7:00am
- Sedan Car: MYR10 per one-way
- Passenger Van (10 seaters): MYR20 per one-way
- Passenger Van (16 seaters): MYR30 per one-way
- Surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the driver
Child seats:
- Child seats are available upon request. An additional surcharge of MYR10 per seat will apply, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
Waiting Fee:
- If you are not present after the free waiting time upon pick up, an additional surcharge of MYR50 per hour will apply, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
